The device doesn't fit my neck size. Any tips?

Try pulling the straps slightly upward or downward to change the node angle. Adjusting the arm straps will help align the massager with your unique neck curves for better comfort.

Massager won't start or charging issues?

Hold Power for 2s to start. Must be started from the Massager control panel first！

Note: Device won't work while charging. White light flashes during charging and stays solid when full. If it stops, ensure a snug fit

Massage feels too weak or too strong?

For more power, use Level 3 and pull straps firmly. For less, use Level 1 and a towel buffer. Seek a comfortable, snug fit rather than over-tightening or being too loose to ensure the 6D nodes can rotate smoothly and effectively.
