Light a candle and set the mood with our music playlist. Then, follow the Opening Connection Cards.

Each round starts with the Receiver drawing 3 cards from one category and the Giver performing them.

Each massage card will guide you with an illustration on the front and instructions on the back.

Hidden in each category are playful surprise cards, which add an element of fun and excitement.

End the session by following the 3 Closing Connection Cards. They help you wind down and check in.

Is this product a real game?

Solalma is a guided activity with game elements. It includes a rulebook, timer, and dice. Each round has a Giver and Receiver, and you follow structured steps. There’s no winner or loser, and the goal is to relax and connect, not compete.

How long does a session take?

If played as a game, one round takes around 10?15 minutes. You can play as many rounds as you like by switching the Giver and Receiver. If you follow the massage cards in order for a full body massage, the session takes about 45 minutes.

Is Solalma only for young couples?

Solalma is for couples of any age. It works whether you’ve been together for 6 months or 30 years. It’s ideal for those with no massage experience or couples already familiar with giving and receiving massage.
